Rolling Fender Lips?

What’s involved in this? I hear most people just use a 5-10lb sledge and hit it but I’d be afraid to actually bend the fender. I have seen a tool on east wood but it went for $200 if I remember right. Tell me your trick. I bought some Eibach Sportline Springs and right now if I hit a bump hard enough it will rub the sidewall and this is with stock springs. I might have to go with a smaller tire all together I have a set of 255/60-15 sitting in the shed out back.

use a baseball bat. put it in between the tire and the lip and push down on the bat. it'll roll up nice and save the paint.
