I searched the archives and came up with some good info on putting hood pins in my car. So went out today to put em in and ran into a bit of a road block. I will be putting them in where the hood bumpers go. My question is do you guys drill another hole under the bumper hole because it seems impossible to get the nut on the pin since that part is double walled. And also how long of a hood pin do you guys use because the mr gasket ones I picked up seem much too short. I have a fiberglass daytona hood.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
