How do you take apart power mirrors?

My passenger’s side view mirror is vibrating. It appears as though one of the screws (or whatever holds the mirror plate down to the motors) is loose, but I don't know how to get to it. I'm sure that if I could get to the internals of the mirror, I could figure out what's wrong with it.

Initially, I pulled the whole thing off the car, but that didn't grant me any access to new screws/bolts so I bolted it back on. Is there some way of pulling off the glass so that you can get to the motors and stuff behind it?

If yours are like mine, there are 3 screws behind the mirror. Turn the mirror as far as it will go to one side and take a look behind it. Do the same for the screws on the other side of that mirror. Phillips screw driver is all I ever used to get them out.
