My Hood Blew Off Today

Today is a sad sad day.
While driving back from the body shop to see if i could get some tips on how to aling my BB hood right, it blew off.

It must of come unlatched after hitting one of iowas many pot holes and after coming unlatched the wind must of just got ahold of it and it blew back against the wind shield. 95% of the hood is still fine, but the very back tip and the main colwn part in the back are smashed, here is where the damadge is.

Sorry to hear that..did you not have two latches like what comes stock?

I feel ya though ...mine blew outta the pickup truck bed on the way home from buying it new at "custom speed" I figured if I bought it local I would have more of a chance not getting a damaged one shipped to me

If you want to call that exciting, I would probably drop a turd or two in my pants if it were me.

that sucks that happened to a friend of mine as well, just picked up a stock SS hood from GM for his 96 camaro and it flew out the back of the truck jacking it up, he had paid like 400 or something for that thing.
