How do I attatch 85-90 Ground effects

The bumpers, door peices, and fender and rear quarter pieces are fairly straight forward. The lower rocker panels for the sides do not have any mounting hardware on them so I have no idea what I need to do to put them on without sagging. Any one have any close up pictures of how the side gfx are mounted? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to put the gfx on like from factory instead of some alternative method.

there is a metal rail tack welded to the body of the car for the rocker to sit on, my 86 had a 2 pieces, one was welded to teh body and the other was bolted to the first.
I had to remove the one that was bolted when I put the 91-92 Camaro GFX on the car.
