i just noticed that someone bumped my rear bumper, theres 4 round ring indents on my back bumper that im guessing came from the bolts that held there plate on. i dont even know forsure were this happend all i know is that it happend today forsure. anyway tomorrow i am calling my insurance company, should i just tell them it happend at a mall or something rather then saying i dont know? this is the first time for me going through a hit and run. does insurance go up from this??

im sure this has happend to alot of you guys and was hoping i could get some insite, thanks in advance

 

Personally, I think it's a bad idea to call insurance for something so minor. Your deductible is most likely higher than the price of fixing it anyway

 

Involving the insurance company will probably be less useful to you than making the minor fixes yourself.
