Driver's side window problem (with pics)

As I was heading home today, I noticed a rattle that seemed to be coming from inside the driver's side door whenever I would hit a bump or something similar. When I got home, I took the door panel off and inspected everything. I replaced the power window motor no less than 6 months ago, so I figured it was the motor or the regulator, but it's not, this is what I found, the problem is circled in red:

What's happening is that these 2 pieces are not connected anymore. It looks like the "axle" that attaches to the window itself and the "wheel" that rides up and down that guide/channel have separated. When I move the window back and forth, the "axle" moves out of the guide and then hits the guide, causing the rattle I heard while driving. I have no idea what the real names for those parts are. I can elaborate on that if necessary, just let me know. If someone can host it, I can even shoot a video of what's happening.

My question is just this: What do I need to replace exactly? Apart from the power window motors and regulator assembly, I honestly don't know much about power windows. Any help is appreciated.

If you're talking about the "axle" and stuff being the part i circled in red, then it looks like all you should have to do is rebolt it so the two don't rub but instead stay where they're suppose to be.

No, it's not that piece. What I'm referring to as the "axle" is the part right in the middle of the second pic. I would circle it if I could remember how to modify pics.

EDIT: I modified the pics now, the problem is circled in red.

so the wheel type thing that slides up and down that just came out? I don't exactly get what you're getting at. Can you just slide it back in or did it break off?

When i took my windows out they were perfectly fine and i haven't heard of this happening before so i'll see if i can host the video for you so you can show me...

EDIT: Host it here http://www.putfile.com/

Sister took the digital camera, so no video for a while.

Anyway, after a little research, I think I know what to do. I looked in my service manual and that "guide" is technically the window guide cam. It looks like all I have to do is remove that guide, then drill out a couple of rivets, and replace the piece that attachs to the window with the "axle" and "wheel" on it.

Well, I took the vertical window guide out (the one you can see in the pics), and it looks like the plastic or rubber wheel that rides in that track is just worn out.

Does anybody know if it's possible to just replace that wheel? If not, it looks like I'm going to have to completely remove the window, and buy and install a new window track guide (the guide that runs parallel with the window and attaches directly to the window). That's not going to be fun.
