Vinyl Repair?

I am working on fixing some minor things on my car. And one of the things that been bugging me if a rip on the drivers side of the vinyl seat. Its a pretty bad rip and it apears that part of the vinyl is missing(aout a 2 inX 1 in piece). Is there any way for me to repair this? Would any of those kits i see work on this or are those just BS products. If it will help I can get a pic for you guys, just ask if needed. Thanks

Dr. Vinyl can fix those sort of problems affordably. There's probably one in your area. If not, an upholstery shop should be able to replace that one panel.

Yeah, it's quite repairable. Had to get mine fixed in almost the same spot. Cost about $100 or so several years ago.

Funny how our seats ALWAYS tear in that area, eh?
