I turn on my headlights and they don't go up. Other problem that seem to be related is my left blinker stop working with headlights on. My headlight motors seem to click in the down park position. Both motors are funtional..... before this I would turn the switch off and they would wait a sec then go down...... Is there a relay for the headlights or maygbe this is a bad ground because my left blinker indicator stays on with the headlights on.

turns out it was a bad ground by the left side headlight on radiator support.... it was loose I took it out cleaned it up put it back in and all is working well..............
