Panel Access?

My 89 Formula was out of the body shop only 5 months before this jackleg mucked it up. The mornon who put my car on the lift bent/scraped the formerly perfect panels just below both of my doors. It's the curved panel and I'm wondering: are they "rocker" panels? and I can't find any bolts or access to them for me to remove them and fix the damage. Anyone got any hints for how I can get them off?

Dazed & Confused....Eric

Yes, those are the rocker panels. They are a structual part of the unibody.

They are spot welded to the body. You'll need to drill out countless spot welds to remove them. It would be a lot easier using a stud welder and dent puller to repair them rather than trying to remove them from the car.
