deep cleaning old carpet?

anyone know how i can really REALLY REALLY clean my carpet? its from an old junker that was never well maintained and i ahve the carpet out of the car waiting to be cleaned, i am not going to put it back in untill it is completely purged of its disgustingness... anyone got any tips? i have a swimming pool if that helps lol..

It is very difficult to steam clean with a standard home use machine. You may be able to get like stanley steemer to do it fairly cheap. or you could power wash it. I tried to steam clean my old carpet and what I thought was dirt turned out to be thin spots. It may be cheaper to get a new carpet though. Just my $.02.

im a carpet cleaner,ill clean it for $65.

well im in florida,so there might be a small gas surcharge!!!!


just get s local carpet cleaner that uses hot water extraction or steam cleaning. dont pay more then $75.
