pics of my '87 iroc

Hey guys, I am new to the 3rd gens, i have owned a slew of 4th gens... but this is my first 3rd gen.

It's a pale yellow (orignal color) '87 Iroc 305tpi car, 58k miles, and has been almost all restored. I love seeing such clean 3rd gens, so i thought i would share pics of my car.

Most all the parts on it where oem gm parts. It is a tad bit dirty because i just brought it home from the shop.

it still needs about 500$ worth of misc parts/work. needs new headliner, the wheels need to be refinished, i am missing the z28 badge from the rear (HARD to find in good shape in gold), and some other random things. she is about 90% by my estimate.

so what do you guys think?

looks nice ive always liked yellow irocs. with the refinished rims it will look a whole lot better. are you going to get them polished at all that would help the bright paint out alot.

Thanks. A lot is orignal, but most interior panels, taillights, headlights, fog lights, switchs, (anything with wear marks/fade) was replaced with factory parts. My buddy restored the car over the course of a few years. back a good few years ago he bought up all the oem parts he could from the dealerships in the area, and put them all into this car. so the headlights, taillights, interior panels, all that kinda stuff is brand new.

I am not crazy about the color, but the car being so clean outway the color so i really like this car.

Jon

looks sweet. i think i see a few rare things. you gotta get the z28 sticker for the rear bumper though...then it will be perfect.

The yellow i've seen on the iroc's always seemed different that what I saw on the later TA's being called "jamacia yellow" Is it the same color and it's just fading?
It always looked so different...
