from factory were any early birds painted light silver gray ? anyone have one ?

I got the info from the Standard Catalog of Firebird 1967-2002 by John Gunnell. ISBN 0-87349-494-6

Pretty good info. Basically it just has a brief description of each year, then a breakdown of each model, engines available, production numbers, all options rpo codes and prices for each, and any historical or other significant info.
