door panel leather trim
Hi everyone. I need to replace the perforated leather trim of the door panels. The interiors are tan and I can't find the leather in that exact color. Nay ideas of where can I find the trim or some paint in that particular color? The car is a 1991 Trans Am GTA Thanks

I wasn't aware that GTAs had any leather trim on the door panels? All of my sets of GTA door panels are a plastic vinyl with a carpeted insert that's bonded directly to the vinyl section. Using a vinyl dye would probably be the easiest and best looking way to restore the panels. If you can pull up the vinyl and manage to get aftermarket leather/vinyl to adhere properly and actually look good, you'll still need to deal with the new carpeted section. While I'm sure this can be made to look very nice (I'm doing something similar with my spare sets), I'm not sure it will give you a 100% authentic stock appearance.
