where are you getting the lexan windows? I assume it'd come with instructions....
Unless you plan on buying a sheet of lexan and cutting it to fit, 'cuz I don't think that'd work.

There are lexan kits available for 3rd gens... they are a direct swap for glass windows... There is really no good reason so swap to lexan windows unless you're driving a full blown track car, and in that case, you'd have fiberglass doors too. Buying a sheet of plexi and cutting it wont work because of the bends in the glass that are hard to duplicate by hand for the average guy.

I make windshields for aircraft and I could not believe the prices they were getting for a set of lexan windows.

Polycarbonate = Lexan,
Completely different materials. Both Lexan and Plexiglas are trade names, Plexiglas is owned by Arkema (used to be Rohm & Haas) and Lexan is a trade name of GE (General Electric).
