How do I disassemble the interior? NEW QUESTION

First off, I searched!
Next off, the important question: How do I remove my interior? I wouldn't call my self mechanically challenged at all, but I don't know where to start. Seats I presume, then what? Is there a tech article I haven't found? Thanks.

EDIT: Post split after consideration, some moved to Car Audio

Car: Looking
it just comes out.

seats, 4 nuts on each seat, pull em.

pull the back seat- bolsters and back

pull the center console- a few bolts holding that in

from there, just carefully remove the plastic. i started with the door sills and just worked my way around.

Only thing that should be a slight challenge is the driver side rear plastic panel cuz of its sheer size ya gotta wiggle it out

The dash on the otherhand is a pretty hefty undertaking

Ok.. So, it was all going rather well, though I did do the obligatory "cut a knuckle open" thing..
Anyway, regarding the seatbelt guide on the rear flipdown seats.. There are two, star type nuts. No matter how hard I try, they won't come off, they're extremly firm. It almost feels as if the harder I turn, the harder they stay.. Any trick? Are they reversed,so turn right to loosen?

Thanks

i'm fairly certain they are torx style bolts, get the correct bit to go in and you have three options. 1. soak in some oil, 3 in 1, WD-40, the like, 2. use a breaker bar or a metal pipe that you can fit over your socket wrench for leverage, 3. (my fav at the junk yard), put the wrench in, hold the head of the wrench where the bit is going in and whack the handle with a hammer

Cool, thanks.. I did the hammmer thing, they're all loose. Half of each one is covered with some blueish stuff, which I presume to be lok-tite.. Heh
That said, I discovered one more problem, though I'm doing pretty good so far. What I think is my LAST question.. The blot that holds the seat belt to the body. Both the sea belt reciever thing, where you plug it in, and the piece that bolts the other side to the floor. It's very big, torx, I think bolt. does anyone know the size? It's big for sure, and I don't have it.

But.. Overall, things are going prety well.

it should be one between 47-50...i think you can jam a 50 in there...i think it is the same size as the ones holding in the seats...

The big torx are T-47, the smaller ones on the flip down seat back are T25-27 I cant remember which, but they have thread lock in them

Yall are sissys a good 3/8 ratchet will get the big rusted seatbelt bolts out without a breaker bar.

And to the whack the handle with a hammer... yall dont know much about sudden forces. Thats its prolly THE best way to snap a ratchet or shear/round a bolt head
Plus the vibration from the hammer will most likely knock your ratchet away from bein strait and bingo, rounded bolt

A good 1/2" drive breaker bar with a 1/2-3/8" adapter and the proper torx bit goes a long ways to removing the seat belts easily. Also use the largest bit that will just start to slide in, then use a hammer to tap it fully into place. It should fit tight enough that the breaker bar will not fall out on its own.

Ok, got a nother question.. Preceeding slowly, but I've lamost entirely got it...

The plastic panals, the big ones, that cover the sail panle (well, hold the sail panel fabric thing) and extend back into the hatch area. I've got them loose, but both have one section near the very back being held on by some form of pin. It isn't a plastic screw, but it does appear to be plastic. I can see it on the inside, but don't know how ot get it out.. Do I just pull? I pulled pretty firmly, don't want to mess up the plastic..

Well, got it.. Just had to pull a bit harder...
On a related note, it's ALL done.. And, I'm proud to seay, there is ZERO rust on the panels.. Whoo hoo! they're still a nice gloss black...
