fender lip

what is the best way to remove the rear fender lip so i can fit a better tire?

the most common way is to roll the lip up... it will give you an axtra inch or so i think.. but at some point you can not keep the tire under the car. and if you want to then you have to go the other way (minitub or whatnot) depends on what you want to do with the car and how you want it to look
