Anyone making decals for "Camaro" grill insert?

I just got my earlier style Iroc/Z grill from another member and I was just wondering if I there is somewhere you can get a decal set to just lay over the raised letters kinda like the inserts for bumpers on newer camaros and mustangs.

Otherwise I'm wondering how best to paint them.

Go to a local sign shop and get a set. They can computer generate anything you want. Check the center cap decals.

Not a bad idea I was actually just contemplating making a transfer onto paper to send to such a place. Duh I should just go in one.

since the words are already raised, paint and a paint brush can work wonders. I think I used silver Testors model paint when I redid mine.

Yea I was just thinkin about that too. My thing is saving money. I got it for 30 bucks shipped since it was the best price I came across from a while of keeping eye out. If I spend 20 bucks or more to get some made I kinda defeat the purpose.

Is silver the actual color? It looks like it could be. I was also thinking about red to match the body.

To be honest, I don't remember what the actual color is, but I used silver to match the "TUNED PORT INJECTION" badge on the back bumper.
