How far over? I have a new emblem I want to put on.

I have one car that is four inches from the left, another that is about two inches. I think the emblem is supposed to line up with the grid in the tailight, or 1/2 way in between the grids.

Anyone have one they KNOW is correct?

heres mine. If you have grid tails the 5 on 5.7 tpi begins right after the first black grid line from the left.

As you can see in the pic.

As for your 4 inch / two inch debate there was 5.7 Tuned Port Injection emblems and just Tuned Port Injection emblems. maybe that 2 inch difference was because it was the diiferent style emblem.
