I would guess you need t-top seals and or maybe the rear hatch seal. Start by making sure you have a good seal, and how I did that was to take a piece notebook paper and put it between the seal and the t-top and latch it down and then see if it is snug or not. Do that all the way around the seals on the tops and the rear hatch, if your seals are still good you may just need to adjust and reseal with rubber cement from 3-M to hold it. My hatch seal was suspect on my car and so I bought an aftermarket new seal and then set it to the proper heigth did the paper trick again and now I have no problem. Hope this gives you a start to look. I still have the original seals for my t-tops and so far no leaks..

Also, your drivers side window may not be high enough, and if this can save you money.. more power too you.

Close your door, and see if your drivers side window is going all the way to the top, if it doesn't reach the top properly, you can adjust the stops, to make it go higher, it's very easy to do. There's a tech article on it, about restoring door panels.. it also tells you how to adjust the stops

I used to have the same problem. It turned out that the water was leaking in under the t-top bar that's between the two t-tops, running on the top of my headliner, then the plastic roof panel, then onto the back seats. When you change your t-top gaskets, make sure that you seal up the center bar adequately.

I had the same problem, I started off by taking the t-tops apart cleaning the old silicone and resealing them. I adjusted the t-tops to make them tighter to the car and I also cleaned the seals and used a silicone based protector on them. I them used some black silicone and ran a small bead around the entire seal where it meets the car and put a little extra where the t-top bar is and it seems to have worked pretty well.

I have the same problem on my 85. I am just going to rip all the old seal off on the t-tops and start over because I have to replace the middle metal section anyways. I think alot of mine is coming from the hatch too!
