I have no lights in my dash and i want to check the bulbs, how do i go about pulling the instrument panel? Its a 1991 Camaro RS, not digital dash.

The problem is i have headlights, taillights, turn signal lights, all of my warning lights work on the dash. I just have no night lights to light up my speedo and tach. The fuses are ALL new and i still have the same problem. My friend suggests a short in the wiring somewhere but i have no idea what to do to check that. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!
