Custom Door Panels

Hey. Just wanted to share the results of my spring break project. Let me know what you think. The old ones were in need of replacement. The cardboard base was very moldy, warped, and crumbling. I couldn't even fit in all of the door panel clips and the top plastic trip piece was falling off.

I think that you did a good job. I need to get busy and do the same thing.

I've read it somewhere else on the boards, but I'll reiterate that pegboard without the holes works very well as a base. Although it does make the job of cutting out the holes for the trim time consuming. I didn't have a router, so I used a dremmel.
