Power window motor removal.
Anyone ever replaced a power window motor without removing the regulator? Apparently, as long as it has been replaced before and has been fastened to the reg with little nuts and bolt, it is possible. But man, it sucks. 
Just thought I would vent, it's been a long afternoon.
