Core Support Question

Do all thirdgens use the same core support? For example, will one from a late 80's six-cylinder Bird be the same as the one in my '92 350 TA?

Thanks for any help.

I just learned that the core supports on our cars are welded in? Sucks big time, then, that mine is a bit crusty and should really be replaced. I'm used to older GM cars where the supports are just bolted in.
