New Problems arise

So i pulled my old gauges and idiot lights. Started to run some of my new gauges and decided that I was going to do all my gauges at the same time because of the hassle. Only thing is now I have this friggin beeping that wont stop and my car is performing horribly. Like something is off in the computer. My asumption was that the ECU(or whatever that damn computer bs is) is in some "safty" mode because of the change in connections. Anyone know for sure?
