GTA Front clip

ok i got a 89 formula bought it wrecked cheap always liked the gta's. So heres my ? what would i need to do to put a gta front clip on besides the gta fenders and front bumper cover? does the gta have diffrent brackets or anything? Also can anyone point me in the direction for peices for a good price?

formula has the same fenders as the gta, I beleive, just regular firebird fenders no heat extracters that would be the trans am fenders. I think they look stupid unless you have the full ground efects. Imo pick up a 90-92 front bumper and if the hoods mest up ram air 2.

A GTA is nothing but a Trans Am with regards to bodywork. Same GFX, same fenders, hood, etc. Your best bet would be to go to a junkyard, unless you want to pay some hefty shipping prices.

Wrong. GTA fenders are firebird fenders. Trans Am fenders have the air extractors.

you know of a good place to get new firebird fenders for a good price can't find denders only hood and bumber and bumber support bracket.

Check your local junkyards. A place like Pittsburgh should have some sitting around. Also, check the classifieds. If not, Hawks has them (new and used).

found a brand new trans am front bumper cover for $160 and bumper support bracket for 60 new also. Just can't find any good prices on new fenders. thinkin about goin with a lift off 3" cowl hood. Anyone any thought's or suggestions?
