Anyone have a pic of a spare tire compartment on a 3rd gen car? As I had stated earlier, my T/A was wrecked and I think the plate that holds the tire is bent But I 'm not sure how much. I got the donut and jack @ a salvage yard (not from a firebird)and am not real sure how it goes in the compartment

 

I've been in the same boat. I took a pair of channel locks and bent the metal peice back into shape. I just bent little by little until the tire fit and bolted up. It's pretty soft metal, you shouldn't have much of a problem.
