air trouble

Hello all, I have an 88 Trans Am w/T-tops and when I shut either door the hatch moves from the air pressure. Hinges, latch and striker have replaced or adjusted. The door takes alot more effort to close than when the windows are cracked. I there an internal air relief valve in these vhicles.

Yes, it's in the door opening, right under the striker. It's a black rectangle piece of plastic.
