Rear deck problem

OK, the clear coat on my rear deck started bubbling up, then it peeled back, and now the paint is fading, and i'm pretty sure i see a rust spot popping up. I'm just wondering what kind of place i would go to to get this fixed and how much you think it would cost. Would it be worth getting that front fender repainted then too? how well would the paint match? thanks, sorry, i know nothing of body work.

sanding it down and hit it off with some rattle can.. :P
if your decklid is looking like that your bumpers, roof, and hood are soon to follow, aint worth doing a repair job.. save up for a repaint

unless someone replaced the decklid or something? was it already repainted recently? the rest of the car looks good
