Im guessing it's in the plastic pieces....I was told that the cracks go alot deeper than you think and even with the use of various fillers they can still emerge again. I had a few spots on my bumpers that had spiderwebs, and just decided to replace them, rather than risk it.
that's been my experience/knowledge with them, but hopefully a painter will chime in as well

where are spider webs?
First where are the webs and second did you wipe the car down with prep wash to get rid of all oils after u washed it just before painting it?
I agree with other post also, if it is in bumpers or ground f/x then the webs are deeper than you think and have to be really sanded or just replaced to be for sure.

next?
is there or was there much bondo or fiberglass work done there? if there is much done and it was not allowed to dry long enough then it will crack as it dries under the new paint due to shrinking of the bondo or fiberglass.
also if you sprayed it really wet with a low temp reducer or medium reducer then the moisture out of that went into the repair work and now is dryin under paint and causing the spider like webbing.

Maybe you put on to much paint at once? That happens to me if I put to much paint.....of course, i've only used spray can stuff for things but I imagine the same thing would happen when you use a gun right?

you didnt get enough of the clear off, and you based over it causing the paint to shrink and crack looking like leatheryish stuff. I see it all the time to people who dont sand enough of hte clear offf or dont prep the car right with right cleaners.
any enamal or urethane clear is usually safe to spray over. I usually get spider webbing when I have sanded through the paint and hit some "other" primer that lifts when its sprayed with color. I always use a sealer before I paint color. It wont lift laquer type primers and helps the paint stick. Like a safety layer. If you sprayed too thick you might get runs or solvent popping pinholes in the paint but not usually spider webbing.

it lifted on you....no way to fix that cept for a repaint...and when ur done sanding..use a waterborne primer to make sure it doesnt happen again....and ive never seen a part act like that when you throw too much paint on it...i paint every day all day at my shop...its ****ty prepwork that coused that lift...and thats that...it happens tho...no matter what once in a while it happens to me too...
