How to remove rubberized undercoating

Hey guys, I accidently hit a small portion of my passenger door with rubberized undercoating while doing the tire wells, the nozzle was a little off. Does anyone know how to remove this without having to remove the paint? Thanks. Also, I don't know much about rubberized undercoating other than that it helps prevent rust, while the undercoating was fairly dry, a few hours later, I touced it and this white ooze came out, is this normal?

you can remove the undercoating with brake cleaner, or gasoline, or bug and tar remover.
