Did you think you are going to just unbolt the old one and stick a new quarter panel in? Our quarters are molded in the roof and rear of the car. You'll have to cut the old one out, go to a junkyard, cut out a replacement, and then weld it back in. If I were you, I'd cut out the rust out and weld a patch in.
