Headrest Removal Firebird 95

I have a 95 Firebird. I want to remove the headrests (hold by 2 piece of metals), how can I do? It seems I should stick a piece of metal in it, do I need to do that for both pieces of metal holding the headrest at the same time? Or is it something different with 95 Firebird
Thanks

LS1Tech - This is the board where you should ask that question, since you will probably get a faster answer. thirdgen.org deals with only 3rd gens ('82-92).

Yea, I fought with them for a while too.

Remove plastic "molding" from back of seat.
Cut a slit in th fabric holding cover on where those two rods extend into the seats.
There will be a little clip thing wraped around those metal rods, remove the clip, and the headrest pulls right off.
