3M Weldable Primer
I know 3M makes a primer that you can weld. The idea is you spray both pieces of metal your going to weld and it does not heat up and flake off in the seam of the weld which will cause rust/rot later.
Does anyone know where I can get it? I've checked the local parts stores with no luck. If anyone has an online location that I can order it from that would be awesome.

or welding places. Look for any zinc rich galvanizing primer. "Weld through paint" something like that.
