Review Mirror Problem

As i was walking out towards my car, i noticed that my mirror was dangling. at first i was like what the heck but then i realized that the heat melted the glue and the mirror just fell. i live in california so its pretty hot but today wasnt the hottest day in the past 2 weeks so i dont know why it decided to fall today. anyways, anybody know what i should use to glue it back on? i was thinking a hot glue gun but that might just melt down too. would adhesive spray work? or that just for fabric? someone please help me, its really hard driving without the mirror

they do sell little kits just for gluing rearview mirrors back on, i used one for my car and its held for 8 months now. If you dont want that, get a heavy duty two part epoxy; that will NEVER let go.

Walmart sells a rearview mirror kit to glue it back up. Mine has fallen off 3 times since I had my car over a period of 17 years. I always use that. Works for me.

Here is my best advice. Take it to a auto glass place and they will put it back up for you at no charge. I had one to fall in my Caddy and I took it to an auto glass place and they put it back up for me and did not charge me a cent. Check it out.
