anyone ever wonder this...

ok guys, ive looked around at door lock cylinders for my 86 iroc, my driver side doesnt work. i only ever find the replacements with the gm keys with for the 2 doors and the hatch lock. i never see a 4 lock kit since the rear glove box has the same lock id like to have 1 key for all 4 not need the new one and the old one.....anyone ever see all 4 locks or know what to do to only need one key for all 4. thanks guys

Wow, I completely forgot about that lock with I purchased my kit. You can take the lock to a lock smith and they can re-key it to match the new ones... take a spare key so he doesn't mess up the new ones.

I did the same thing for the luggage cover thingy in mine. I found the lid and lock at the junkyard. Took the lock to the local locksmith and for $22.50 he changed it to work with one key. I have 2 keys now. One for the ignition. And one for the doors, hatch, t-tops, rear drivers side storage compartment and the luggage lid. Adam :-)
