Roll cage stiffening

I went searching here for the answer, and didn't seem to find it----if one puts in a 4- or 6- point roll bar/cage, is there any noticeable difference in body stiffness?

Of course.

I noticed a difference with my sub-frame connectors, I can't even imagine what a roll cage would feel like.

I'm planning on subframe connectors too. Along with bigger sway bars, a brace up front, all that sh....er, stuff. I'm just curious as to how much of an effect you can actually feel. And, of course---does a 6-point really get in the way?

The more stiffening that you do, the less flex that the car will have. You'll notice that the car handles better.

As for a 6 pt. getting in the way, you'll need to climb over the door bars to get in and out, unless you go with a swing out kit.
