i am getting rid of my trashed split rear bench in favour of a non split rear bench. i know with the 4th gen ones i can leave the little bar in the middle and it will be ok. however this is a thirdgen rear seat... i do oneday plan on putting a split bench back in... do i hafta cut this thing out? or can i leave it?

ok, figured it out by rying it myself... the answer is:

"NO you do not, but you probably should..."

 

Leave it. I've seen it done with a third gen seat.

 

yeah... you can see the bar... but i don't realy care. this is no show car...
