trans am fenders

is there a difference in the 84 and 86 trans am fenders and front bumper cover other than apperiance. What i am trying to do is but a 86 front clip (fenders and bumper cover) on a 84, will the fenders and nose mount up and look half way decent.

so after checking out several pics the ground effects look pretty much the same except the bumper covers...for some reason i thought your cart did ot have any ground effects to start with...so gonna say it should be a fairly easy swap
