Bumper covers & fog lights ?

I want to replace the Berlinetta bumper cover that the last owner put on my 1989 RS Camaro.( photo on my signature ). I want to set it up like the "91-92 Iroc- Z with the fog lights. I will be putting a licence plate in the middle so Im not concerned with the bow-tie. Could I use a 89 RS bumper cover and gust remove the grill. Isn't it the same bumper cover under the grill, basically? How are the rest of the guys getting this look? Are thay all using the " 91-92 " Iroc-Z bumper covers. I want it to look right before paint.Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
Ron

Ps. I am looking at a "91" RS cover, would this work ? I have included a photo of what I'm basically looking for.

85-90 IROC donor car might be your best bet (no IROC's in 91-92). By the way, should you need a license plate holder, I have one that's like new. PM me if you're interested.

Well I think I figured it out. "85 to 92" are the same fascia / bumper cover. "91 & 92" used different ground effects with possibly some different mounting holes. "91 & 92 " Z-28s had the fog light surround grill insert with the Chevy emblem, as opposed to the rubber full length grill found on the RS and Sport coupe. From what I understand I can use any bumper cover ( other than the Berlinetta )from "85 to 92" and use the "91 or 92" Z-28 fog light surround grill insert to get the effect I want. Please correct me if Im wrong.
