Paint for '89 I-ROC

I am going to paint my '89 IROC the color of the Maroon '96 Impala SS and would like to know what y'all think.

Changing colors of the car? If so, it's a big project to make it look right. Quite a bit of disassembly to consider but do-able. My IROC re-painting project took a year to complete...

I happen to be very lucky with and uncle in the biz. He is helping me with the car. I lucked up and bought the car for a thousand dollars. It had major rust on the roof between the t-tops and the windshield and between the t-tops and the decklid. Replaced the nessisary sheet metal and now about to paint it.

that is fatal though haveing rust on ur t-tops i'd have to get some sfc's for it just to make sure.

I will have to get the pics together. It is coming along great. We already have it in primer. About to take apart and do all the jams and trim it out. Maybe by then I can figure out how to post pics.

I think it'll look awesome I always loved that color on the impalas, or you could just go with the stock third gen maroon which looks really good too
