lexan windshields?

http://www.showcars-bodyparts.com/fi...8292pics1.html

I was surfing the net and found this site. They have lexan windshields and rear hatches. Is this better than glass?

Thanks,
Bill

I don't think that lexan is legal on the street.

lexan scratches easily, not for a street car at all, not legal for street use either

Thanks guys, I'm glad I asked!

Does anyone know where I can find new windshield and rear hatch glass?

Can anyone recommend any good glass polishers in NJ/NY/CT?

Thanks!
Bill

Bill I live in trenton NJ try safelite.com they come to your house and do it $202 +tax for the front windshield, and $344.98 * tax for the rear hatch with defroster, without is a little cheaper. Grea5t prices and they do great work
