Bent fender mount

the passenger side fender mount on my car was bent before i owned it, so its not my fault! lol. anyway, im assuming some idiot put it on the lift wrong and it was bent and there is a noticeable fender gap also. how can i go about fixing this? will i ever be able to get the fender gap to go away but keep my stock fender? even if i cant make the gap go away i would like to fix this because i think it might be in the way for subframe connectors. how can i bend this back without making things worse?

thanks

this pic shows it too

loosen some of the fender bolts, un-bend the area that is bent...and re-align
