glass window problem

a few moths ago i got in to a little accident.(while some kid at school actually baced into my open door and almost ripped it off) it just got it back from my shop after being painted. my car is an 87 camaro, i got a door off a 92 firebird. it was electric, and my car is all manual. but the problem i am having is with the glass when you shut the door. the glass is about a 1/4inch away from the molding and there is a huge gap for rain etc. to get in. is there a way to adjust the glass and get it close to my car with out having to take it all apart(especially the rivits.)
oh also i used the glass from my old door, becuase the glass on the firebird dor had a couple buig chips in it, might that be the problem?

Why don't you just take it back to the bodyshop that fixed it and have them do it?
