Need someone to measure the back seat for a baby carseat please

Can someone measure from the back seat bottom to the top of the back seat back? My car is still tore apart & my seats are buried under some other parts in the shed.
I am tring to figure out what child carseat to but my 3 year old. I know I can't use a booster seat that uses the shoulder belt because I have no shoulder belts in the back. Here in TN they can't ride up front till age 12. But I did come across a few carseats that uses the 5-pont harness for kids up to 65 lbs. So this way I can use just the lap belt to buckle the carseat itself in. The reason I need that measurement is because the carseats I found range greatly in the heigth theirself & I don't want too tall of a seat to wear it's sticking too far up.
Hoping to have the car all put back together & running by summer.
If anyone could help I'd apprecate it!

My '87 GTA with the split rear cloth seats, is between 26" & 27", depending on just where you consider the top to be, & measure the top of the seat back rest.

The leathers are out of the 89, GTA., so I can't measure them.
