Painting wheels

I've got the standard 15" aluminum rims on my Trans Am. They are getting kind of beat up and ratty looking. I'm thinking of painting them, nothing brave, just silver. I'm not sure but I think the 16" Formula rims were painted a bright silver. Post some pics of painted stock rims if you got any. Thanks.

Do you mean the honeycomb rims? Because I blasted mine, polished the lip, and painted the centers gunmetal. They turned out alrite.

Here's a before and after. The after shot doesn't have clear on it though, so it doesn't do it much justice. You get the point though. Sorry about the blur. My friend took the pics.

This is the style of wheels I have. I stole the picture from Ebay. I think they would look good painted a bright silver. Dupli-Color has some nice wheel stuff.

My daughter is in the process of sanding down and polishing her 15" Trans Am wheels. The first one is coming out pretty good. I'll clear coat them when they are done.
