Smooth 3rd Brake Light
Does anyone know if they ever made a smooth 3rd brake light from 1982-1992? My 1989 has a rough one but I have a brake overlay but you can't see it because it is rough. So does anyone know if they ever made a smooth one?

No, they never made a smooth lens, but there are some members here who have sanded theirs flat and polished them, then added letters to them, looks nice.
if you want to do that I would get a spare lens from a junk car to practice on, since if you make a mistake you'll lose your brake lense.
