Any idea what these are..?
I pulled an aluminum front bumper from an 84 Z28 at the yard this past weekend. I was wondering what these were. I was reading the new Camaro Performers and in the article on the poly bushing swap third gen they showed a picture of its alum front bumper and didnt know what these things hanging off were either?! They look like claws...lol. So any ideas? They are coming off either way.

I think there was a thread about this a while ago, and someone said it was something left over from the assembly line, but Im not sure.

They make a lightweight bumper so they can add **** to it to make it not so light. haha
I doubt they weigh more then a pound each but still...

ya they are similar, mine are shaped a little different.
That sounds like a good hypothesis.
Think it's a left over part from the assembly line where the car rests on the conveyor system.
