Remove Upper Door molding from panel?

Hey,

I got my new door panels this week, and now I want to take the upper door molding off my old panels and put on these new ones. How do you remove these from the panels without breaking the tabs on the molding?

Do they unscrew off?

I had to use needle nose pliers, and gently twist the metal nuts off. It takes a little patience, but its not too bad.

that's what I thought, but I just tried to twist one ever so gently and it broke right off.

GRRRR!! Why did they have to mount them this way.

Works great creates an even pressure on the inverted nut so the plastic posts should not break.
