OEM front bumper

I've been searching for an OEM front bumper for an '89 TA, but I can only find new OER pieces. I'd love to buy an unused OEM piece before buying a used one; anybody know where I might find one?

oer is just as good, your chances of finding a oem one is slim to none

Not always; I currently have an OER piece, it's good but not like the originals. I think it will be very hard to find a NOS bumper, so I'll probably end up buying a used one, I just wanted to see if anyone knew of some bumpers hidden away somewhere.

The OER bumpers just aren't as thick as stock; mine needed some cutting, but that could be true with an OEM piece too. I believe Year One still sells the bumpers.

yea i had an OER bumper cover on my camaro,a nd it was much more flimsy in the headlight pockets and flat areas;

i went to a junkyard and got a real nice solid one for $100, sanded it down myself, and it was even about 5lbs heavier ..

the lines are sharper on it, and it fit better; i duno, but i like original GM body parts versus aftermarket ones,

search ebay , junkyards, etc..
